This will be a short and sweet blog. Suffice to say, the ship is now moving much more in alignment with my wishes!
Yesterday, among other things, Pete and I went to Europa Point,the famous lighthouse at the "end" of the Rock of Gibraltar. From that point, you can see the Strait of Gibraltar just ahead, the Mediterranean Sea to your left and the Atlantic Oceanto the right. Our ship, the Royal Princess, was actually moored in the Atlantic, and, ever since, there's been some movement -- a little of the lovely back and forth I so crave on a cruise.
I'm sure some of you think I'm nuts. Yet I can't help but enjoy this singular experience of being aboard an amazing ship that's navigating these waters with ease, if not totally placidity. No matter how rough it gets, I trust Princess Cruises to bring us safely home. Along the way, I'm hoping to have a little fun with the tossing waves.
